Jack, a technician-in-training, as he navigates common learning moments, ethical considerations, and service delivery decisions. Concepts are introduced through Jack’s experiences and expanded through interactive learning modules that include:

- Video examples illustrating effective and ineffective practice
- Guided practice opportunities and checks for understanding
- Do Better Chats that invite deeper exploration of concepts and decision-making
- Reflective journal prompts that encourage ethical reasoning, self-awareness, and professional growth
