Webinar Description: Transactional Analysis is a Psychoanalytical theory which looks at how we are in relationship with others and ourselves. During childhood we develop particular beliefs about ourselves and as we grow, we seek ways to reinforce this in both helpful and harmful ways. Looking at how our internal and external environments are arranged, we can apply this through a Behaviour Analytic Lense.

2. Participants will be able to identify the difference between conditional and unconditional strokes
3. Participants will be able to consider how life scripts are reinforced by thoughts and behaviour

About the Presenter: Kelly Taylor has been a BCaBA since 2003 and was one of the first British people to certify here in the UK. She appreciates how things have changed in our field since then and welcomes a more compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable children and their families. Kelly’s most recent training is to become a Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist, which is such deep work and really looks at the relationships we form in childhood and how they impact us across our lifespan and beyond.
