Webinar Description: Utilizing evidence-based practices within supervision can often seem black and white. When we assess the values of both the supervisor and the supervisee, those practices can be applied from a different perspective. This webinar will address how to establish the supervisory relationship, management feedback within both the supervisor and supervisee’s values, as well as troubleshooting when things feel off.

Objectives – Participants will be able to:
1) How to establish a supervisory relationship within the framework of ACT
2) How to provide values-based feedback
3) How to assess and troubleshoot supervisory issues with values and evidenced-based strategies.

About the Presenter: Meg Solomon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, owner and Clinical Director of ABA Across Environments in Colorado Springs, CO. She has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis in Los Angeles, Texas, and Colorado. She founded ABA Across Environments in January of 2018 and began servicing clients in June of 2018. She is a Peer Mentor with the BHCOE for two years, and she continues to work with other professionals in the field to provide quality care and services. She leads monthly continuing education events and mentorship meetings to help disseminate our use of ACT and Trauma-Informed Care. ABA Across Environments provides in-home and community-based behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder, Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Fetal Alcohol and Drug Syndrome, and other behavioral differences. She has over 20 years of experience working with a diverse population of children including those with disabilities, living in foster care or detention centers, in special education and general education settings, and within the community.
