The Do Better Collective 40-Hour RBT Training is a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed program created to meet the 2026 BACB eligibility requirements for Registered Behavior Technician certification while centering ethical, affirming, and practical service delivery.

This training includes at least 40 hours of instruction completed over a minimum of 5 days and no more than 180 days and is taught within the real-world context of behavior technician work. Rather than relying on abstract instruction alone, the course emphasizes meaningful application of behavior-analytic science through relatable scenarios, reflection, and guided practice.

This training is designed and overseen by a BACB-credentialed Responsible Trainer who has completed the required 8-hour supervision training. Upon successful completion, participants receive a BACB-compliant training certificate required for submission with the RBT certification application.

This training program is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. This training is offered independent of the BACB.

note: During the training, if there are questions posed, please use the “Take Notes” feature to jot down ideas and answers to any questions asked in training. You can find the”Take Notes” button at the bottom-right of any module or section.
